I've just been pondering a lot of things lately and have felt the Lord draw me closer and closer.  Last week in Children's Church, I taught a lesson on Isaac being a good neighbor and peacemaker and the Lord blessing him. Today I drove up to Merchantville.  The best route from my house was to take Egg Harbor Road, to Delsea Drive, to 55 north, to 130 north.  Have you EVER driven any of those roads?  There's something about NJ driving.  IT IS CRAZY!!!   On 55, there's a portion where the speed limit is 65 mph. THAT is fast! It IS!!  So, I set my cruise control because I CANNOT get a ticket! I'm petrified to speed.

This is my son. He loves to romp and play even in the winter sun. When he's had enough, in he'll treck to play a game of Mario Karts and have some homemade hot chocolate. On Friday, August 31, 2007 we all headed north to Tracy's grandmother's house in Philmont, NY. What a beautifully, rural and serene area! The first night we were blessed to spot 40 deer in nearby pastures. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast, got dressed and headed to the Chatham Fireman's Parade in honor of Labor Day. It was great fun! Kevin REALLY got a kick out of all the trucks.

Kevin has started playing soccer! He participated in a camp the last week of July and had his first practice with his team on August 1.
